Safe and effective cleaning supplies for your home!

Most of the cleaning products on the market are made from petrochemicals that are synthetic, and damaging to our health and the health of our water, air and land. Synthetic scents (perfumes) and dyes are also extremely toxic to our bodies. Further more, many of the products contain anti-bacterials and other chemicals that further hinder our own innate immune systems and urge antibiotic resistant strains of bacteria to thrive, creating “super bugs” that are not responsive to treatments when we really need then. Anti-bacterials do not necessarily kill viruses (think influenza and covid),either.

While bombarded with ads that convince us we need these products to be healthy, most often we do not, especially in most home settings. Nature has provided us with many great cleansers and "anti-microbials" that work just as well as there synthetic counterparts without harming our bodies or our environments. Plant based soap, plain vinegar and water is all that is needed for most messes.

For when you need a little more power give these products a try.

Try to encourage your school and church and work to switch to these safer effective products too! I also provided recipes for some cleaning products I make and use. With four boys, I can attest to the fact that they work just as well as there synthetic counterparts! Please give them a try.
